The State of Breastfeeding in Kansas

Low breastfeeding rates in Kansas is costing the state millions, and we all have a part to play in increasing breastfeeding rates in our community.

Hospitals, employers and physicians can do better in Kansas to promote and support breastfeeding mothers. KAAP members can receive free CME education and a tool kit when they register for the Kansas Breastfeeding Friendly Practice Designation.
