Dr. Rene Jamison is a licensed psychologist and Associate Professor in the Center for Child Health and Development at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Dr. Jamison’s work includes clinical practice, teaching and training, and research within the field of neurodevelopmental disabilities. Her primary area of research focuses on females with autism, identifying key factors that contribute to social competence across development and interventions to improve social-emotional health. She developed an intervention program for girls with autism called Girls Night Out (GNO), impacting over 250 girls with and without autism over the past 10 years.
