Dr. Matt Johnson has been a pediatric hospitalist at Children’s Mercy Kansas City for the past 11 years. He graduated residency from Children’s Mercy and loves the hospital and the opportunities it provides to help children, not just during their hospitalization but their overall health. As quality improvement director for the division of hospital medicine, he has participated in and mentored many local and national QI projects to improve the health of children, including asthma, bronchiolitis and neonatal fever.
