Dr. Kristi Canty is a board-certified Pediatric Dermatologist at Children’s Mercy Hospital. She completed her internship in pediatrics at Wake Forest University, pediatric residency at the Children’s Mercy, and dermatology residency at the University of Kansas. She concluded her training with a fellowship in pediatric dermatology at the University of Colorado where she had a focus on procedural dermatology. Dr. Canty returned to Children’s Mercy as faculty in 2010. She has a particular interest in procedures, including excisions, Botox, and laser surgery. Dr. Canty is the Clerkship Director for rotating medical students and serves as the liaison to the Comprehensive Tuberous Sclerosis and Neurofibromatosis Clinic at Children’s Mercy.
