Dr. Kristie Clark is a Board Certified Pediatrician and a Fellow of the American Academy of Pediatrics. Dr. Clark graduated with honors from Emory School of Medicine in Atlanta GA and completed a Residency in Pediatrics through the University of Texas Southwestern at Children’s Medical Center Dallas. Dr. Clark serves on the Board of Directors of the Kansas Chapter of the American Academy of Pediatrics in the position of President-Elect. Dr. Clark works at a Rural Health Center and Critical Access Hospital in South West Kansas where she also serves as her County Health Department’s Public Health Officer. Dr. Clark previously provided an AAP Bright Futures continuing education workshop for Public Health Nurses in West Kansas as well as at the Kansas Governors Conference, and she enjoys teaching and mentoring future healthcare professionals through preceptorships. While serving at a Rural Health Center in West Texas, Dr. Clark was awarded the 2008 AHEC Outstanding Preceptor Award.
