Jenny Parker is the Foster Care administrator for the DCF West Region. She has been a practicing Social Worker with the State of Kansas since 2001. Jenny started out working with families in their home assessing safety and investigating abuse and neglect of children in need of care. She has worked as a case manager, supervisor, and is now the Foster Care Administrator for the West Region DCF providing oversight of the foster care contracts between DCF and St. Francis Ministries.
