“I love being a part of the Kansas Chapter and managing an organization that promotes child health in Kansas. As the mother of three very active boys, I think it’s important that every child have the opportunity to grow to reach their full potential. When I’m not the spectator at a sporting event I enjoy walking with my dog, Charlie, and reading. I work out my home office in Lenexa, Kansas.”

As a mother of twin boys in elementary school, it is clear how important early literacy is to the success of children. When I’m not running after my boys, you can find me running for enjoyment, spending time with my husband, and coaching club volleyball and my boys’ basketball team. I work out of my home in Prairie Village.

“I’m so excited to be part of such a great organization that promotes children’s health, which is so important to me personally, as a mother. My husband and I are the parents of two teenage girls who keep us extremely busy with their competitive soccer practices and games! I received my accounting degree from Missouri State University and have over 25 years of accounting experience, half of which has been in the non-profit sector. I enjoy reading mystery novels, walking and going to the movies and playing board games with my family. You’ll find me working out of my home in Shawnee, Kansas.”
