HB 2094: This bill would allow vaccine refusal for school entry on philosophical reasons alone. This bill was originally introduced in 2011 session and did not move out of committee. We testified against the bill at the hearing last year. Another hearing has been scheduled for January and the KAAP along with many other groups will again testify against this bill.
