June 28, 2012 No Comments

KAAP is pleased to see that the U.S. Supreme Court has upheld the constitutionality of the Affordable Care Act of 2010. The ACA offers coverage for children that includes the “ABC’s”,  Access to health care services, age-appropriate Benefits in a medial home and health care Coverage for all children in the United States.

AAP has endorsed the Affordable Care Act and argued for the constitutionality in three separate briefs to the Supreme Court because it has addressed the ABC’s of coverage for children.
